SNIP – This program is designed to assist low income families or individuals in the spaying or neutering of companion cats.  Applications can be picked up at the shelter.  Proof of yearly family income must be provided when submitting application.

SNAP – This program is similar to the SNIP program but is geared towards dogs.  Same criteria applies.
